Fire Fighting System

We expertise in design execution of FFS of the buildings like high rise, hospital institutes, factories, etc. These buildings are designed with the compliance of National Building Code including pump rooms, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, water curtains, water reservoirs, passive fire protection measures like fire doors, smoke evacuation system, etc.

Fire Detection - VESDA System and Suppression System

VESDA
It is a highly sensitive smoke detector which works on aspiration technology. This system detects smoke as fast as 8 times of regular smoke detectors. It sucks air from the environment and samples dust/smoke particles through laser chamber and decides on fire detection status.

It provides early warning signs of a potential fire which buys time to investigate, intervene and avoid business disruption in addition to damage, downtime and cost of a suppression release. Such early warnings are critical for:
Telecommunications facilities     Signal rooms in railways and metros     Power generation facilities     Server rooms     Financial data centres

Automatic Fire Suppression System
Fire suppression systems extinguish fires with or without human intervention with the help of pressurised clean agent.

Fire Suppression Systems are generally used in:
Data centres     Server rooms     Pump rooms     Oil pumping stations     Engine and machinery spaces

Inert Gas High Pressure System

Inert gas suppression systems use Argon and Nitrogen gases and their mixtures as an extinguishing agent and are used to reduce the oxygen concentration inside the fire prone area(s).

When discharged, inert gas is quickly and uniformly distributed within the enclosed space, thereby achieving oxygen deficient condition within 60 seconds of releasing the gas.

Features and Benefits:
Zero Ozone depletion and global warming potential     No formation of combustion by-products     Minimal to no thermal shock     Made of electrically non-conductive material

Typical Applications and hazards protected by Inert Gas fire suppression:
Computer rooms     Control rooms     Electric and Electronic applications     Made of electrically non-conductive material

Automatic Smoke Exhaust System

Automatic smoke exhaust system is today’s necessity in the large building complex which helps in exhaust of the smoke through a mechanised system integrated with the fire detection system. We help clients designing complex smoke exhaust systems, install and integrate them with the complete fire safety infrastructure of the building.

Fire Audit / System Design / Compliance Services

Fire safety audit is an effective tool for assessing fire safety standards of an organization or occupancy. A comprehensive fire safety audit should address the inherent fire hazardous associated with the day to day activities in an occupancy and recommend measures to reduce the potential fire hazards.

The main 3 objectives of Fire Safety Audit is to:
Identify all significant fire hazards     Evaluate the existing control measures     Check the availability of suitable fire safety system

We provide fire safety inspections which cover checking all the fire safety procedures, installations and records within a building structures to determine compliance with Maharashtra Fire Prevention & Life Safety Measres Act & National Building Code.

Our services include:
Assessment of installed systems.     Establish SOP for building evacuation and emergency situation handling.     Fire safety infrastructure design compliance report against national building code.
